• Teacher-link requests and decisions made by authorised teachers or administrators.
• Support and account-deletion requests submitted by the user.

Why we use data

We use data to provide your memorisation plan, sync progress across devices, connect you to an authorised teacher when requested, manage recitation and verification, and process support or deletion requests.

Who can see it

• You can see your own account and progress data.
• An authorised teacher sees only the linked learners and information required for teaching and recitation.
• An administrator sees only the information required for verification, support, and platform safety.
• Learner data is not exposed to an unlinked teacher or another organisation.

Protection and retention

Data is stored in cloud services with scoped access controls. It is retained while the account is active or while required to provide the service, then reviewed when an account-deletion request is accepted.
