Terms of use
Using Masar means accepting the rules that protect learners, teachers, organisations, and the platform.
Using your account
- Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in method.
- Do not share an account or teacher-link code in a way that harms another user.
- Use Masar only for lawful learning, habit, and organisation workflows.
Teacher and administrator accounts
Teacher access requires approval. Teachers and administrators may use linked learner data only for authorised educational, operational, support, or safeguarding purposes and may not copy or publish it outside Masar.
Linking and recitation
- Any exceptional teacher–learner matching follows the organisation's safeguarding and approval process.
- Completing a task does not replace the teacher's approval on a recitation day.
- Plan outcomes are educational aids and are not an official certificate of mastery.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available and protect progress, but maintenance or events outside our control may interrupt access. Users should report any unexpected difference in their record.
Restriction or deletion
An account may be restricted for misuse or a safety threat. A user may request deletion through Help and privacy; the request is reviewed before execution to prevent unintended loss.
Updates to these terms
These terms may change as Masar evolves. The latest revision date is shown on this page, and continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised version.
